Our approach:

• We have a modular development Programme that takes entrepreneurs through start up and growth
• We endeavour to understand our client’s unique environment and make use of tried and tested modular processes to produce the results required
• Where appropriate, we work in association with other service providers and incorporate our client’s current resources and suppliers.
• We manage the whole administrative process from participant selection, to Programme set up, scheduling, attendance, progress monitoring, participant feedback and reporting to client against agreed key indicators
• Our Programmes are delivered in a facilitative way using workshops and peer based processes

We are 100% BEE compliant with expertise in strategy, business facilitation, planning and team development. We have a team of four experienced facilitators and are based in Cape Town and Johannesburg. 

As part of our Social Responsibility commitment we have set up a transactional giving system with Ikamva Labantu where the participation of the 18 member companies on our latest Accel programme feeds 30 children for a year.
