Mignon Lotz-Keyser - B.Arch

Mignon, the founder of PEERPOWER™, is an experienced strategic facilitator with 10 years planning and process experience, eight years of business related facilitation experience and 4 years of coaching training. She spent five years in IT related project facilitation, specialising in defining large projects and working with project teams to align and focus them. She grew into facilitating strategy processes in the corporate environment and has worked with The Cape Argus Cycle Tour, Vodacom, Metropolitan and Old Mutual. For the last 7 years Mignon has worked with entrepreneurs and has been running her own company for 6 years.

Alan Maguire - BSc Industrial Psychology

Alan started his career in AECI, responsible for engineering and supervisory training and then moved to Johannesburg to run their in-house management school. 5 years with Chloride SA as HR Director and from 1990, his own consulting business focusing on service excellence and entrepreneurship in the manufacturing, IT and tourism industries. Alan joined PEERPOWER™ as a Partner in 2007.

Judith Haupt - MEd

Facilitation Manager of PEERPOWER™, responsible for training and developing PEERPOWER™ facilitators and the development of course content and materials. Her background is in Adult Education and Training. For a number of years, she worked for a business consultancy in Germany and throughout Europe, was involved in numerous organizational development and leadership activities in the profit and non-profit sector, and held seminars on communication skills, project management, conflict management, facilitation skills, and coaching.

Lee Griessel (ACMC)

Regional Representative of PEERPOWER™, responsible for Business development, and Delivery in the Gauteng area. Lee is an internationally accredited Associated Certified Meta Coach (ACMC) and specialises in developmental and transformational coaching of individuals and teams. Lee has over 27 years experience in the Corporate as well as small business environments. She has experience in the IT arena and has enjoyed time in the motor industry, telecommunications, manufacturing as well as human resources development. She has Corporate experience in IT, telecommunications, HR, business analysis and manufacturing and has started and run a number of small / medium enterprises.

• COMENSA – Coaches and Mentors of South Africa.
